Merry Mice Christmas

Who could resist these cute little mice off to celebrate with their buddies?

When I received this stamp set I really couldn’t wait to get started. I enjoy colouring and for most of these cards I used Versafine Ink in Black Onyx to stamp the images onto watercolour paper.  I then coloured using Stampin’ UP! aquapainters and the ink squeezed into the lid  section of the ink pad

Here are my four cards. The base card for three of the cards are Stampin’ UP! white Notecards and envelopes and the fourth card is a 4″ square.

 

All the images have been matted  onto Red Metallic Foil cardstock.  I also used Wink of Stella and a snow pen that a friend sent me from USA last year.  I coloured some parts using S.U. markers and did some sponging on the three little mice in a row before adding some snow with a Sharpie Paint Pen and a little Dazzling Diamonds for the ground.

I’m sure this stamp set is going to get a lot of use during the next few months. Hope you enjoy.

      1. Well I love snowy scenes and long for snow even though I live in tropical heat. We always want what we can’t have I suppose. Still it’s a lovely little card. Love your little touches.

    1. I haven’t seen the pens in Australia yet, but the one I have is a Marvy Snow marker. You put it on the paper and then heat it with a heatgun and it puffs up. Mine is a 3mm which suggests they have different nib sizes. You do absolutely need one PaperPuff.
