Product Review – Stampin’ UP! Envelope Paper

I hope you have been enjoying the beautiful new Stampin’ UP! catalogue.  Today I am doing a short review on one of the new products that Stampin’ UP! have introduced this year.  It appears on Page 149 of the catalogue and is called Envelope Paper. If you already own the Envelope Punch Board Page 150, you will definitely want to give this product a try.Annual15_p135

The pack comes in Neutrals and features 5 sheets in two colours –  Very Vanilla and Kraft and 10 sheets of Whisper White.  It also comes in the new 2015-17 In Colours where you  have 20 sheets 2 each of two designs in 5 colours, Cucumber Crush, Delightful Dijon, Mint Macaron, Tip Top Taupe and Watermelon Wonder. All sheets are 12″ x 12″.  The paper is a thin text weight and it is perfect for envelopes.

But I was wondering what I could do with the pieces that were left over when I had punched out my gorgeous envelope, and I found the perfect use for those scraps, I  put them inside my card which also creates a lovely matching element for my card and envelope. The paper is lovely to stamp and write on, and I don’t like to waste any.

Here is a card and matching envelope I made using the envelope paper:
